Include the page URL, the sentence or code, and a link to the source that shows the correct version. We aim to acknowledge substantive corrections within five working days and to log them in the corrections log.

We are happy to discuss the method, the dataset, or a reproduction attempt. We will not run a crawl for you, provide a dataset of personal data, or give legal advice about your project.
Accessibility
If a page or tool does not work with your assistive technology, email info@crawlerbros.com with the URL, the browser and assistive technology you use, and what happened. Accessibility bugs are treated as bugs, not feature requests.
Security
If you believe you have found a security issue in this site, email info@crawlerbros.com with “security” in the subject line. Please do not test against other people’s data, do not access an account you do not own, and give us a reasonable window to fix the issue before publishing it.
What we cannot help with
- Legal advice. We explain what the sources say; we do not tell you whether your crawl is lawful. Consult a lawyer in your jurisdiction.
- Scraping a specific site for you. We do not offer custom scraping, consulting, or data delivery.
- Bypassing a login, paywall, CAPTCHA, or ban. We will not help with that, and the guides explain why.
- Removing a page from search. If you believe a page is wrong, use the corrections address. If you believe content infringes your rights, include the URL and the basis of the claim.
Response times
This is a small editorial site. We read every message. Substantive corrections and accessibility reports are prioritised; general questions may take longer. There is no guaranteed response time, and no support SLA.
