The tool runs in your browser. It is loading now.
This tool converts a cURL command into Python requests and JavaScript fetch code. Paste the command from DevTools “Copy as cURL” or from a terminal. The conversion runs locally; credentials in the command are not uploaded.
What it handles
- URL and HTTP method (
-X,--request). - Headers (
-H,--header). - Body (
-d,--data,--data-raw,--data-binary,--json). - Basic auth (
-u,--user). - Cookies (
-b,--cookie). - Redirects (
-L,--location). - TLS verification off (
-k,--insecure) with a warning. - Line continuations (
\and PowerShell backticks).
How to use it
- Copy a request as cURL.
- Paste it into the textarea.
- Check the detected method, headers, and body.
- Copy the Python or JavaScript output.
- Remove session-specific headers you do not need; never hard-code a token.
What it does not do
- It does not execute the request.
- It does not resolve cookies, CSRF tokens, or signed headers.
- It does not translate every cURL flag; unsupported flags are ignored.
- It does not make a request legal or permitted. A converted command is still the same access.
If the cURL command came from a logged-in session, the cookie is tied to that session. Do not reuse it at scale or for an account you do not own. See sessions and APIs.
A note on credentials
The converter shows the command back to you locally. Do not paste production secrets into any web page, including this one, unless you trust the page and the machine. For a real project, put credentials in environment variables or a secret manager.
